As a Product Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our product development process, bridging the gap between business strategy, user requirements, and engineering execution. • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related technical role

• Proven track record of shipping successful digital products from concept to launch

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development environment

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery and post-launch analysis

• Define and track success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of product releases

• Maintain a prioritized product backlog that balances user feedback, technical debt, and business goals

• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to iterate on solutions that meet quality and performance standards

• Communicate the product roadmap and updates clearly to leadership and key internal stakeholders
