Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Program Manager to lead our TEST-JOB-MIRZA initiative. In this role, you will be at the heart of our Accelerator program, driving innovation and providing world-class support to emerging ventures. Your mission is to bridge the gap between early-stage ideas and market-ready solutions through rigorous mentorship and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the end-to-end curriculum for the accelerator cohorts to ensure rapid growth and scalability.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, mentors, and investors to expand the program's ecosystem.
• Monitor and report on the progress of portfolio companies, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and high-impact networking events to foster collaboration among participants.
• Optimize internal processes to improve program efficiency and participant satisfaction.
• Identify and recruit high-potential talent and startups for future intake cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital dynamics.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and CRM software.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or venture operations.
• Previous experience working within an incubator, accelerator, or high-growth tech environment.
