Job Summary
The ART and Career Compas is an elite talent development accelerator designed to identify, mentor, and fast-track high-potential professionals within the organization. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee this initiative, ensuring that our recruitment and career guidance strategies align with the company's mission of continuous innovation and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the ART and Career Compas accelerator cycles.
- Provide personalized career mapping and navigational support to program participants.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define competency benchmarks and success metrics.
- Design and facilitate professional development workshops and peer-mentorship sessions.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor participant progress and program ROI.
- Source top-tier talent through strategic networking and digital outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an ICF Coaching Certification.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and Talent Management Systems.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years in talent acquisition, career coaching, or corporate training.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact professional development programs or startup accelerators.

- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent goals with business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills suited for an Accelerator environment.
