Software Engineer III

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development

• Proficiency in at least one core programming language such as C#, C++, Java, or Python

• Practical experience with version control systems, specifically GIT flow

• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analytics tools

• Strong understanding of agile development practices and project delivery

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support our core product features

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and best practices

• Implement A/B testing protocols to validate features and optimize user experience
