Software Engineer II

As a Product Designer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will own the design process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that our solutions are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and highly functional for our users.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to solve complex design challenges. By translating user needs into elegant interfaces, you will directly influence the success of our product roadmap and help define the standard for design excellence within our organization.

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and high-fidelity prototyping

• Experience conducting user research and applying data-driven insights to design decisions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders

• Lead the design process for new features from ideation and wireframing to final production

• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interface designs that align with our established design system

• Conduct regular user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate on product performance

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure high-quality implementation of design specifications
