Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join our clinical operations team for the New Score initiative. This role is fundamental in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the successful execution of our clinical trials. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize study tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) to ensure inspection readiness.
• Track and report on New Score performance metrics and study milestones across multiple global sites.
• Support the preparation, distribution, and archival of essential clinical trial documents.
• Assist in the coordination of Investigator Meetings and project-related committee sessions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for site-level administrative inquiries and supply management.
• Ensure all activities adhere to ICH-GCP guidelines and corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences, Health, or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of clinical research terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management software.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical research or corporate pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven experience in data tracking and document control.
