The High-Potential Individual Contributor Accelerator is an intensive 6-month development program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our organisation. This program focuses on accelerating the growth of our most promising individual contributors by providing them with targeted development opportunities, expert guidance, and strategic exposure. The ultimate goal is to equip participants with the advanced skills and mindset necessary to excel in future leadership roles and drive significant organizational impact.

This program is designed for high-potential individual contributors who have demonstrated exceptional performance and possess a minimum of three years of tenure within our organisation. Candidates must be nominated by their direct manager, who will attest to their readiness for accelerated development and their potential for future leadership. Successful nominees will exhibit strong foundational competencies and a clear desire for career advancement.

By the end of this program, participants will have developed advanced strategic thinking capabilities, enhanced decision-making skills, and a refined understanding of business acumen. They will gain practical experience in stakeholder management, complex problem-solving, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Furthermore, participants will develop a personalized leadership development plan and build a strong internal network through executive coaching and peer engagement.

This is a comprehensive 6-month program structured in phases. The program includes a mix of virtual learning modules, intensive in-person workshops (scheduled quarterly), and personalized executive coaching sessions conducted bi-weekly. Participants should anticipate a time commitment of approximately 4-6 hours per week, dedicated to program activities, self-study, and project work. Key milestones include initial assessments, mid-program reviews, and a final capstone project presentation.

Nomination for the High-Potential Individual Contributor Accelerator is solely through your direct manager. Managers are encouraged to identify and nominate individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate exceptional potential. The nomination window will be open for a period of four weeks, from [Start Date] to [End Date]. Nominated candidates will be invited to submit a brief statement of intent outlining their career aspirations and why they believe this program is the right fit for their development.
