Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Front-End Developer / Web Designer to join our Community Project initiative. As we currently have no landing page, your primary mission will be to build our digital storefront from the ground up, establishing our online presence and helping us engage with the community more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deploy a responsive landing page that reflects the project's community-driven mission.
• Develop clean, maintainable code using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with project leads to define site architecture and user experience goals.
• Optimize the website for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
• Implement analytics tools to track visitor engagement and community growth.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of web hosting, DNS management, and deployment workflows.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web development or a robust portfolio showcasing landing page projects.
• Previous experience working on open-source or community-based projects is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong eye for visual design and user-centric layouts.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
