Lead Product Manager, Financial SaaS

You will lead our financial SaaS product from 0 to 1 and guide it toward our USD 1,000,000 ARR milestone. By taking ownership of the full product lifecycle, you will transform conceptual ideas into a high-impact market solution while steering the technical direction of our development team. Your work directly influences how we navigate the complex Indonesian fintech landscape and determines the trajectory of our product growth.

Working closely with the CTO, you will ensure our product and engineering strategies remain perfectly aligned. Your day-to-day involves data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and translating market trends into actionable features. Success in this role means evolving the product through the critical 0-to-1 and 1-to-2 growth phases while maintaining a scalable technical vision.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management within the financial SaaS sector.

• Proven track record of scaling products through both 0-to-1 and 1-to-2 growth stages.

• Proficiency in Indonesian (native or fluent) and professional-level English.

• Deep understanding of SQL, data analytics tools, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

• Strong ability to define technology strategy, manage budgets, and lead technical teams.

• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Lead the existing tech team to iterate features that drive the product toward the USD 1,000,000 ARR target.

• Execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle to take our solution from inception to market launch.

• Optimize user acquisition, retention, and scaling through the post-launch (1 to 2) phases.

• Partner with the CTO to ensure deep product-technical alignment and organizational goal synchronization.

• Perform market research and sales analysis to identify new growth opportunities using data-driven insights.

• Oversee product budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum growth impact.
