UI/UX Designer (Accelerator)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Accelerator program. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of innovative digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate user flows and interaction design.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and user stories from a design perspective.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and performance data.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a history of successful product design projects.
• No specific certifications are strictly required, but a strong understanding of design thinking methodologies is essential.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing user-centered digital products.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Experience with various design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
