We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable distributed systems. You will tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that directly impacts our users and business objectives.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Proven expertise in Python and/or Go

• Demonstrated experience designing and building distributed systems

• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly

• Design, develop, and maintain highly available and scalable distributed systems

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and/or Go

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define and implement new features

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, driving technical strategy for our core services
