Senior Quality Assurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the excellence of our software ecosystem. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality, responsible for bridging the gap between development and deployment to deliver seamless user experiences. You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring our applications perform flawlessly across all environments.

You will accomplish this by designing robust test strategies and maintaining a rigorous testing cadence. By leveraging your technical expertise in both manual and automated testing, you will help us maintain high release velocity without compromising the integrity of our platform. Your work will directly impact our ability to ship reliable, high-quality features to our users.

• Proven experience in software quality assurance across Staging, UAT, and Production environments

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and suites

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or similar JavaScript-based testing libraries

• Extensive experience executing UI, functional, smoke, usability, and sanity testing

• Solid experience in API testing using industry-standard tools like Postman and Swagger

• Strong analytical skills to investigate, document, and track complex defects through to resolution

• Perform extensive manual and automated testing across all development environments

• Define and implement scalable test plans and test specifications

• Execute a wide range of test types including UI, Functional, Smoke, Usability, and Sanity testing

• Conduct rigorous API testing to ensure backend reliability and integration health

• Investigate, identify, and document technical defects and inconsistencies

• Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and perform regression testing
