Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Career Consultant & RIASEC Specialist to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you will be the primary lead for interpreting the Career Compass RIASEC scoring system to help individuals and organizations align talent with the right professional paths. Your mission is to utilize psychological assessment data to drive meaningful career development and strategic hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze RIASEC assessment results to identify candidates' dominant Holland Codes (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional).
• Conduct personalized career guidance sessions based on new RIASEC scores to help employees or candidates map out their professional growth.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build ideal candidate profiles using psychometric benchmarks.
• Design and implement talent development workshops centered around interest-based career alignment.
• Maintain and update the Career Compass database to ensure scoring accuracy and data integrity.
• Generate comprehensive reports for leadership regarding workforce interest trends and cultural fit.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Career Counseling.
• Strong understanding of Psychometric Assessment models and Holland’s Theory of Careers.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, career coaching, or psychometric analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume assessment interpretation within a corporate or educational setting.
