Software Engineer XX

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as C#, C++, Java, or Python

• Working experience with version control systems, specifically GIT flow

• Proven understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles

• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and data analytics implementation

• Develop and deploy high-quality, maintainable code across our software stack

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Participate in code reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met

• Implement A/B testing protocols to validate features and improve user experience

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment pipelines and engineering processes
