We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable distributed systems that form the backbone of our innovative platform. You will tackle complex technical challenges, driving the architecture and implementation of critical services, and ensuring their reliability and performance at scale.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python and/or Go

• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems

• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts such as concurrency, fault tolerance, and consensus algorithms

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Design, develop, and deploy highly available and scalable distributed systems using Python and/or Go

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap development for our core services

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define requirements and deliver solutions

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and reliability of production systems

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
