Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will shape the future of our product interface by leading the end-to-end design process. Your work directly influences how users interact with our platform, ensuring that complex user needs are translated into elegant, functional, and high-impact design solutions. This role is for a designer who takes ownership from initial research through to final handoff.

You will operate remotely in a collaborative setting, working closely with product and engineering teams to refine our digital products. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent visual identity through our design system while using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and engagement.

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to map user journeys, create wireframes, and translate business requirements into high-fidelity designs.

• Comfort working with collaborative tools like Jira and Notion.

• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

• Design intuitive UI/UX workflows and wireframes to ensure seamless product interactions.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn business requirements into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve accessibility.

• Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure visual consistency across all product interfaces.

• Audit existing UI performance and implement data-driven optimizations to increase user engagement.
