About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative analytics team. Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles
Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy) or R
Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data manipulation and querying
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data services
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Key Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models to address key business challenges
Conduct deep-dive analyses of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features and strategies
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data science roadmaps and priorities
Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the analytics team
