About this Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our current manufacturing and business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products while maximizing productivity and minimizing operational waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize production layouts to improve workflow, reduce handling costs, and maximize floor space utilization.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct rigorous time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards and production benchmarks.
  • Analyze supply chain data and production schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce downtime.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for capital expenditure projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools (Minitab or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional certification such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and leading process improvement teams.
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 or similar quality management frameworks.
