Product Intern, ASTRNT Platform

You will directly shape the ASTRNT platform by providing the critical feedback loop that bridges our product design with user reality. Your work ensures that every new feature, fix, and flow is rigorously tested, helping our engineers and specialists refine the tools that define modern HR technology. By validating ideas through prototyping and hands-on testing, you help the team maintain high standards of usability and technical precision. Your day-to-day involves working onsite in Cipete, where you will translate user interactions into actionable reports and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product designers and AI specialists to stress-test flows and improve team efficiency. Success in this role means providing clear, fast, and structured feedback that allows our product team to ship high-quality updates with confidence.

- Bachelor's degree or final-year student status - Working-level proficiency in English - Experience with Figma and prototyping tools like Claude - Portfolio or project evidence of building, designing, or prototyping - Strong ability to assess user interaction and report technical friction - Nice to have: Previous exposure to HR technology or assessment software - Nice to have: Demonstrated interest in product lifecycle management

- Test new releases and platform fixes to ensure they meet user expectations before production. - Report usability issues and bugs by providing clear, step-by-step evidence and suggested priorities. - Prototype new concepts and flows to help the team validate ideas quickly. - Provide fast, structured written feedback on designs to assist the product designer. - Document testing results and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. - Support AI and psychometrics specialists by executing delegated tasks that accelerate the development cycle.
