Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our core products. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Conduct extensive market research and user interviews to identify pain points and unmet needs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog effectively using data-driven insights and impact analysis.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to go-to-market execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in product management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSPO or Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful digital products or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with global stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas to leadership.
