We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making across our organization. You will leverage advanced statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets, directly impacting strategic initiatives and product development.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field - 5+ years of professional experience in data science or a similar analytical role - Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas) - Experience with SQL and working with large, structured and unstructured datasets - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated machine learning models to address key business challenges and opportunities - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decisions - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions - Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity - Develop and present compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and champion their adoption where appropriate - Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science practice within our company
