We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying complex distributed systems that form the backbone of our innovative platform. You will tackle challenging technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers, directly impacting the scalability and reliability of our services.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python and/or Go - Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems - Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and fault tolerance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Python and/or Go - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define and deliver new features - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
