Senior Full-Stack Developer

You will lead the transition from design to production by architecting scalable web applications that define our platform's user experience. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex UI mockups and functional code, ensuring our interfaces are not only pixel-perfect but high-performing and responsive across all devices.

Your day-to-day work involves translating design concepts into interactive web components, integrating RESTful APIs, and optimizing system performance to support our long-term growth. You will collaborate closely with designers and fellow engineers, taking ownership of the development lifecycle to ensure our technical standards remain high. Success here means delivering a stable, intuitive product that enhances user engagement while fostering technical excellence through your mentorship of the team.

• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack web application development

• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Proven ability to integrate server-side APIs into highly interactive front-ends

• Demonstrated experience in cross-browser compatible layouts and responsive design

• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipeline workflows

• Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Architect scalable front-end solutions that support long-term product growth, performance, and system security.

• Translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages that prioritize user experience.

• Develop and maintain interactive components to drive user engagement across our web applications.

• Integrate complex server-side logic and RESTful APIs to ensure robust data flow.

• Optimize application performance across all devices to maintain maximum speed and reliability.

• Mentor junior developers on clean code practices and performance optimization to build team excellence.
