Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Improvement Specialist to lead the evolution of our talent evaluation strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality, fairness, and predictive validity of our internal and external assessments to ensure we identify and nurture the best talent in the industry. Your mission is to bridge the gap between organizational needs and candidate potential through data-driven refinement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and refine existing assessment tools to ensure alignment with current organizational competency models and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development teams to design and implement robust, multi-layered evaluation frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on assessment reliability and validity metrics using advanced statistical analysis to minimize bias.
  • Identify gaps in current evaluation processes and implement innovative technological solutions and automated scoring systems for increased efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and the application of objective scoring rubrics.
  • Stay abreast of global industry trends in psychometrics and talent measurement to maintain a competitive edge in selection methodology.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Education.
  • Strong technical understanding of psychometric principles and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python).
  • Professional certification in recognized assessment platforms (e.g., SHL, Hogan, or Korn Ferry) is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience specifically focused on talent assessment, organizational development, or psychometric testing.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that have led to higher quality hires or improved employee performance.
