This role is pivotal in managing the Value Reflect Assessment system, where you will be responsible for validating and interpreting every new score to optimize our recruitment and internal mobility pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and statistical validation of the Value Reflect Assessment tool across the organization.
• Ensure that each new score reporting cycle meets strict quality assurance and benchmark standards.
• Provide expert consultation to hiring managers on interpreting complex assessment results for candidate selection.
• Identify opportunities to optimize scoring algorithms to reduce bias and improve predictive accuracy for long-term retention.
• Maintain the integrity of the talent database and historical scoring benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the People Analytics team to correlate assessment scores with employee performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or advanced Excel Power Query).
• Strong understanding of psychometric principles, test construction, and assessment design.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, assessment management, or data analysis.
• Proven track record in managing digital assessment platforms or scoring frameworks in a corporate setting.
