We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. - 5+ years of professional experience in backend development - Proven expertise in Python and/or Go - Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and principles - Strong experience with database technologies, including SQL Server - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend services using Python and/or Go - Build and maintain robust APIs to support our web and mobile applications - Optimize database performance and design efficient data models - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to define and deliver features - Contribute to architectural discussions and drive technical innovation within the team
