- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python and/or Go. - Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale. - Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts such as consensus, replication, consistency models, and fault tolerance. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems. - Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Python and/or Go. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and deliver new features. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. - Contribute to the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our distributed systems.
