ART Non Randomize

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly meticulous and professional ART Non-Randomize Clinical Coordinator to join our research and development team. This role is pivotal in managing non-randomized clinical trials and observational studies within our healthcare division. The successful candidate will ensure that all research protocols are executed with the highest degree of accuracy, maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements to drive innovation in medical science.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of non-randomized study protocols, ensuring strict adherence to established research timelines.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment for specific ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology or Antiretroviral Therapy) cohorts.
• Manage high-quality data collection and perform regular quality assurance checks on case report forms (CRFs).
• Act as the primary liaison between the clinical site, the Institutional Review Board (IRB), and study sponsors.
• Monitor patient safety and report any adverse events in accordance with protocol and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Research, or a related health field.
• Active certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial coordination or healthcare research.
• Specific background in non-randomized study design or longitudinal observational research.
