We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python and/or Go

• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining complex distributed systems

• Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and fault tolerance

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable distributed systems using Python and/or Go

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and efficiency
