Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Test Hanjar (Instructional Material Specialist) to join our talent development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and auditing comprehensive instructional materials to ensure they meet our rigorous corporate training standards and organizational mission of continuous excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality Hanjar (teaching materials) across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical requirements into accessible learning modules.
• Design assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of instructional content and learner retention.
• Regularly update and optimize existing training documentation to reflect current industry benchmarks.
• Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and pedagogical best practices.
• Manage the digital repository of learning assets within the corporate Learning Management System (LMS).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Communications.
• Advanced proficiency in content authoring tools and multimedia design software.
• Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development or corporate training environments.
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing or educational content production.
