- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems - Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js - Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) - Strong grasp of API design principles (RESTful, gRPC) and experience building and consuming APIs - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices - Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and other Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features - Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment - Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and scalability
