Junior Product Designer (Intern)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our creative team in Jakarta for an intensive internship. In this role, you will be an integral part of our product development cycle, translating user needs into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, bridging the gap between user research insights and high-fidelity interface design. Over the course of this internship, you will sharpen your professional design skills by collaborating with experienced designers, engineers, and product managers. You will be responsible for end-to-end design tasks, ensuring our products not only look exceptional but provide seamless functionality for our users. - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field - 3+ years of relevant design experience or equivalent project portfolio - Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design - Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and synthesize actionable insights - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and visual design skills - Ability to commute to our Jakarta office and start immediately

- Conduct user research sessions and analyze feedback to inform design decisions - Create intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on product features - Maintain and contribute to our internal design system - Participate in design critiques and contribute creative ideas to team discussions - Translate complex user problems into elegant, functional UI solutions
